Payment :

Orders can be placed on line or by telephone or post. Full payment is required when placing an order.

We accepting the following debit and credit cards:

Delivery:

• "Most orders will be despatched within 1 -14 days however a selection of our products are hand made and may take up to 21 days to be despatched.
• Before placing urgent orders contact sales@ayedo.co.uk to ensure we can meet your time scale.
• To ensure a speedy delivery some products may arrive in separate packages depending on items ordered.
• Once products have been despatched in the UK they normally arrive in 3 -4 days and international orders can take up to 10 days depending on customs.
• We do not take responsibility for late or non-delivery due to factors outside our control.
• Most packages will require a signature on delivery .
• If you are unable to sign for your package items sent by Royal mail will be held at your local sorting office . Recorded Delivery items will be held for 7 days. Special Delivery & International Signed For will be held for 3 weeks after which time it will be returned to Aye Do. Alternative couriers will leave a relevant card that will inform you of how to have your parcel re-delivered and how long the item will be held before returning to Aye Do.
• If a package has been returned to Aye Do because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns:

If you are not completely happy with your order, for whatever reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. PLEASE NOTE FAVOUR PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE.

We require all items below £50 are sent recorder delivery and all items above £50 are sent by special delivery. We do not take any responsibility items that are not delivered and request that you contact Royal Mail directly.

We reserve the right to reject an order if we suspect that a customer is taking advantage of our returns policy.

Privacy Policy:

Aye Do recognises that customers value their privacy and we therefore take our responsibilities to protect it very seriously. We confirm that the personal information requested from you either for the purpose of processing your order, or for the return of information to you via e-mail is never provided to third parties. Aye Do web site may contain links to a number of independent sites. Please be aware that this privacy policy does not extend to any collection of information by those sites.

Gift Vouchers:

Vouchers are sent in a small box with a gift tag and a special message can be added if this is mentioned in the additional comments section at checkout.

Gift Vouchers are sent by recorded delivery at the cost of £2.50 once despatched this service normally takes 3 -5 days, you must choose the option of 'gift vouchers only 'at checkout for this to be applied, if you are buying other products the normally postage charges mentioned above in the postage section will be charged this can be prevented if you buy the gift vouchers separately on another order.

All gift vouchers can be bought in multiples of £5 and a token for the full amount will be sent unless specified. Vouchers can not be exchanged for cash and any change smaller than £1 will not be given. Tokens can be used in part and a new token will be sent for the remaining amount. All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date originally purchased. Vouchers are redeemed by calling us on 01534 871551.
