Standard Delivery UK & NI : will be sent by Royal Mail or alternative courier & will be charged at:

  • £3.50 orders under £25
  • £4.75 orders under £55
  • £5.99 orders under £100

  • £13.99 orders in excess £500
  • Urgent UK orders £7.99 per item.

International & Republic of Ireland orders: will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed for or by alternative courier and will be charged at £12.99 per item.

Despatch timescales:

 Individual timescales for despatch can be found on all product pages. (UK) delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class post and parcels should arrive in 1 -2 working day. International orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure and arrival times will vary dependant on the country of receipt on average this take 5 – 10 working days.

Urgent UK orders :

These will delivered by Royal Mail Special delivery or alternative courier the next working day and will require a signature on delivery. As many or our items are handmade in the UK, please contact us on 01506 467857 when wishing to place an urgent order so that we may confirm timescales for delivery.

Returns:

With the exception of personalised items, all other products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange, less deductions for postage and packaging. All items must be returned in the condition that they were sent and in their original packaging.
