The Shallon garter has a double layer of with inside satin ribbon, decorated with a beautiful 1cm blue or clear Swarovski crystal heart and a tiny satin bow. Size fits up to 60cm around leg x 7cm, if you want a bigger garter just let us know (no extra cost!). Garters which don't feature blue elsewhere have a small 'something blue' bow hidden inside.
